Mr. Jenkins has an extensive background in general civil engineering, roadway and bridge design, and storm water management design. He has served as a Project Manager and Project Engineer for site design, roadway improvement, bridge replacement, and storm water improvement projects. Mr. Jenkins obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama. He holds professional certifications in the states of Alabama and Florida, and is a member of both the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
